While it's universally difficult to make the decision to postpone an event, the organizers behind #BeeInspiredBrunch really wanted the gathering of roughly 75-100 people to happen. Up until the 11th hour they posted extremely thorough health and safety rules, and also executed a strong email campaign to assuage the concerns of would-be attendees concerning the COVID-19 epidemic.Â
